Alain Rosset is a mathematician and an IT engineer, he invented the new concept of nomadic Internet files and designed the PUMit system, the core technology of UbicMedia. Before, Alain started his career at BATTELLE Memorial Institute for 3 years; he was CTO of several high technology pioneer companies (real time systems, online 3D design, distributed computing, multimedia) and Archipel's CEO. Alain developed his own international brand of massively parallel computers (VOLVOX). In 1993, he co-funded and co-managed the world-famous private-public research center Laboratory for High Performance Computing (LHPC) and funded and managed the EUROTOPS (parallel UNIX and compilers) EUREKA software project.

Before he joined UbicMedia, Olivier was in charge of business development with Polyright a Swiss Nagra-Kudelski Group Company, he also occupied various management positions with Publigroupe, Openmix and GCOM global communications. He co-founded Thinking Pictures Inc., a New York based media and technology company which produced the Rolling Stones’ first ever multicasted concert in 1994, followed by Tori Amos and other artists; the company also pioneered a solution with clients such as MGM, Dreamworks, Universal, Cinemark Theaters, and The New York Times. Olivier Pfeiffer holds a BA in Film & Television production from New York University and worked for several years in the film industry
